A luxurious windsurfing and kite surfing launch, with ample parking, lots of of friendly flat water, and a fabulous public bathroom. Oh, and when your session is over, make your way next door to Miller's seafood restaurant and bar. It's actually really good. The water here is (like so many perfect learning spots on the sound, shallow with a sandy bottom. Perfect for learning beach starts and water starts. When the tide goes out, the soundboard near the two tiny islands just north of the launch becomes a beach. There are events next door in the summertime. Enjoy!
