Pacific City is a quiet small town with amazing views and facilities! Near the Pelican Brewing is where all the action is taking place.
Park for 10$ a day, grab a campsite at one of many campgrounds (or disperse camp outside of town). A NE swell gives amazing rides, and a giant sand provides shelter from the waves that the break making entry and exit ideal. The sand dune also has a venturi effect accelerating the wind close to the beach. Wind forecasted 15+ mph should work here.
